syllabus of FTII

Film and Television Institute of India is a pioneer institute in imparting the education in the field of Film and Television.

Many students appear every year but due to the limited student take in, most of them cannot make it to FTII.

Here is the hint of the syllabus of FTII for the preparation of the interested students..

1) Objective type questions of Aesthetics

2) Fill in the blanks and True and False type of technical questions.

3) Match the following.. There will be 5 questions wherein a sentence will be written about a famous personality related to Film and Arts and will have to identify that person by matching the given sentence to the person.

4) Critical examination of any picture (coloured or black & white) with regards to its resolution, exposure, etc. (objective type questions)

5) Questions related to story boarding... there will be 15-20 pictures/ photographs will be given and we need to put that in order to tell a story.. there will be a sequence to that and hence we will arrange the pictures in order..

6) General Knowledge questions related to Film, Arts, Aesthetics, culture and History of cinema..

7) Short notes on.. Digital Intermediate, .wmv/ .wma or .mpg formats, cannes film festival, etc.

8) Mathematical and Reasoning questions (little tough)..
